Ballz and I (I and my ballz?) are going to circumnavigate PA this weekend. Leave work in a little bit, pack up, and head up Rt 100 to Wilkes Barre. Saturday we'll ride Rt 6 across PA, stopping for pictures and whatnot. Sunday it's 322 home across the middle of the state. Might hit some rain today but it looks like the weather will be clear for the rest of the weekend.

On Tuesday I'm having some surgery to remove a piece of small intestine. Before the surgery, the surgeon would like to look at the little valve which connects my small to my large intestine. He needs to look at it from up my bunghole. Therefore, I'm getting a colonoscopy tomorrow. I just took a couple of pills which should cause me to start pooping shortly. At 6pm, I will begin drinking some vile liquid which will cause me to empty my innards into my poor toilet. Meanwhile, I've been on a clear liquid diet today and won't be able to have _anything_ tomorrow before the anal probe which isn't until 1:00! I'm fucking starving!

First, ho-bag ballz and I are heading south on our bikes. We've set up a blog here for tracking progress. Stop over and visit for updates and pictures.

The next week 1337 and I are taking a trip to the Poconos and New Hope. Then following week I'll be lounging around my house and drinking, except for a couple of gigs with Trainor.

Last Saturday, Ballz and I took a long jaunt on the bikes. We're taking a bike trip this summer and since I've never ridden all day before we decided I need to start getting used to it. We planned this ride a few weeks ago never imagining it would be 400 fucking degrees outside. Our final route ended up looking something like this:

Around 10:00am we departed my house and headed west. We fueled up in Parkesburg then hopped on Rt. 372 heading west. We crossed over the Susquehanna River which provided us some relief from the rising temperature. We turned onto Rt 74 heading north then pulled over for a water break. We continued up 74, stopping for lunch at a Subway and a chat with some roofers looking for beer. We went through York and Carlisle, stopped for gas, then rode up a smallish mountain to enjoy the view.

Our original plan was to continue a second large hill past Ickesburg (another 10-15 miles) but it was past 2:00 and we were effin' HOT. As long as we were moving it was OK but there were a couple of crowded spots (York at lunchtime) where we sat in traffic.

I got a little Bush stimulus in the mail today...





I've been playing a little bit. The extra strings will take some getting used to but I'm really going to enjoy having a six-stringer. (Yes Jill, you can sit on my amp).
